What are the advantages of working with an external team coach?
We have a fresh and independent view of team, action and communication models. At the same time, we are experts in team dynamics and systemic relationships.
In concrete terms, this means that we always keep an eye on the entire organization and look together for possible alternative courses of action.
Our goal is to support the coaching process and give team members the opportunity to reflect on their own role and interactions. We adapt to the pace and intensity of our customers. We combine theory and practical experience because our goal is to quickly establish autonomy in the new desired team balance.
How can this be translated exactly?
For example, while working with one of our clients' CODIR, we noticed that even though in our initial interviews we always heard the same terms regarding the service's strategic vision, each team member defined it differently. We therefore went into detail in several future workshops and not only asked questions, but also visualized a common vision. The workshops were filled with future scenarios and exciting discussions. The shared vision once again created a basis for collaboration. As part of our joint work, we also presented new working methods and thus showed alternative courses of action.
The work is of course not yet finished here, but a common basis, such as a vision or a mission, makes it possible for the team to look in the same direction and also to find common ground in the goals of the individual people.
We organize support for the team according to needs. We usually start with a situation analysis in the form of initial discussions with the entire team. This allows us to work in a targeted and efficient manner. We recommend working together at regular intervals over a period of at least six months.
