Susanne Hampel
Founder & CEO
Attracted by both human interactions and the functioning of systems, Susanne made her passion her profession. His wealth of experience in different sectors and company sizes, his systemic approach and his analytical mind allow him to quickly get to the source of dysfunctions.
After higher studies in Economics and Cultural Sciences in Germany and Spain, Susanne trained in systemic coaching with the German Society for Family Therapy (DGSF) and in mediation with the EPMN Bordeaux. She recently joined the Negotiations program at the University of Oxford.
Susanne began her career with experience at SEAT (Volkswagen group) and in an SME in the logistics sector, before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers (pwc) as HR manager. There she developed her skills in coaching and facilitation as manager of talent projects at European level.
She then joined Saint-Gobain in Germany as manager of the training academy. For two years, she worked at Saint-Gobain headquarters in Paris on international HR development and reporting of the group's executives and talents. She supported organizational transformation projects in France and Germany for several years before founding the company Rheos Consulting, based in Paris.

Passionate about personal development, psychology and neuroscience, Julia has always been keen to understand how human beings function in order to be able to support them in an ethical, sustainable way, while respecting their needs.
Active both in the business world, but also in the healthcare sector and in the artistic world, Julia offers training and support that is creative, fun and rich in content and experiences.
A practitioner in neuroscience and cognitive sciences and art therapist, she works within companies and public institutions to improve the quality of life at work and develop the soft skills of employees. She puts her know-how and interpersonal skills at the service of organizations, particularly in terms of stress management, management and communication.
