Our expertise
The systemic approach
We define the world as a set of systems: a series of interactions between subsystems with their own rules, cultures and visions. In our work with organizations, we emphasize taking a global, macroscopic and holistic perspective before getting into the details.
Observations from different angles and at different levels of the organization allow us to identify the sources of dysfunctions, including processes, interactions and skills needs.
In this way, we develop sustainable solutions, always strengthening the skills of each actor in the system.
Sustainable conflict resolution
We are convinced that any conflict, whether private or professional, is based on a sum of judgments, interpretations and imposed constraints. Much of this takes place within us automatically and unconsciously and influences our thinking, actions and language.
Before relationships deteriorate, it is possible to intervene preventively by supporting the relational skills of members of the organization in the format of team coaching or training.
When the disputes are important and block the proper functioning and efficiency of the organization, mediation can create a neutral framework in which the meeting between the parties and the search for solutions take place with the help of the mediator.
Experimental learning
Learning experimentally is the best guarantee of transferring training content into daily life and completes the exchange of theory. By placing the training or coaching participant in a similar situation, they are confronted with their feelings, fears and blockages.
Together, we reflect on what has been experienced and support the change in attitude, thought and action. The objective of the intervention is to have good experiences in a protected setting.
Experiential learning becomes an experience that goes beyond classroom formats and strives to provide a more involved mode of learning.
Self-knowledge through neuroscience
Thanks to neuroscience, we are penetrating the center of the human brain.
What do we perceive of the outside world? How are our representations created and how do we make our decisions? What is the origin of our emotions and our behaviors? How to motivate and engage your team? Is it possible to free yourself from mental burden for the long term? How to manage a conflict with a colleague?
Neuroscience and cognitive sciences make it possible to understand the behavior of individuals, to highlight real needs and aspirations and to provide concrete and effective solutions to the various problems and dysfunctions encountered in business.
